Roomate parties all night... plotting revenge, need help

So i am staying at a friends house in LA while i have been working out here. The persons house i am staying at is out of town and he kindly gave me his room for a month. I work 6-7 days a week, 10 hours plus a day and have a 30 mile commute on the 405 freeway(worst traffic EVAR), thus i get up early. this has happened on three occasions… I go to bed at around 830pm and all of a sudden its midnight and theres a party going on, people are in my room lights are on, there is yelling and screaming. I need a creative way to keep him up or just some sort of revenge for him ruining my attempt at getting a restful sleep. cant wait to get the fuck out of LA.

tried to do that to a buddy but on craigslist and we needed his email to confirm the add so it didnt work out. You could put it in the newspaper without any problems. It would be funny but in the end it wouldn't change anything and you would be out some money.

shit i wish i was at home where i have a dirt bike. he plays warcraft 3 a lot, any way i could hack his account or ruin it? he would be devastated.

see i thought about that but then i thought if i called the cops that i could be arrested for contributing to minors(people under 21 were present), so i didnt. And im in huntington beach im sure they have noise laws…
