Hmmm, I've known that and despised the guy since he first tried to kill the bike lanes in Toronto (which was years ago).
Him and Don Cherry must of got hammered one night and beefed about dealing with the cyclists in the city.

edit: Doug Ford is currently trying to kill the streetcars that run through the downtown core.
The only people who hate the streetcars are those driving vehicles through the core. To those who use it (and they get pretty stuffed these days) its a saving grace.

we probably all know some fairly benign characters we could buy a little weed from, but RF is/was involved with the whole next level of badness, RF is involed in some criminal shit with scary criminals one of whom is dead

We once had a politician who demonstrated a similar level of responsibility. His name was Tony Blair. I wish he just smoked a bit of crack instead of sending us to war twice and nearly bankrupting the country.
