Rob Ford is pure comedy gold. I would vote for him just to keep the entertainment steam train rolling.

So Ford asserts that he'll be running in the next election, and "it'll be a bloodbath". Does that mean he'll be running the type of election ads that Mugabe's ZANU PF party ran in the 2008 Zimbabwe elections?

It's like someone found an entire alternative script for season 3 of The Wire and decided to make it happen in real life.

I think this has now become the definition of "fact is stranger than fiction."

I do enjoy how it has been paced though, near perfect. I look forward to the next episode.

Some parts of the material remain blacked out and there will be further legal arguments about releasing it in the weeks ahead.

uhhhh you have more info???

Part that kinda made me chuckle is "replacing the batteries in his children's toys". Really that's relevant?

Hookers and blow at the office, but it was probably during a alcohol and crack fuelled office celebration which makes sense.

I like the mayor more every day.

He sounds like a really great boss …

"Investigators say former staffer Chris Fickel told them he was driving in Ford's car when the mayor pulled over and drank a mickey of vodka along with Gatorade in about two minutes."

Now THAT'S something us mortals can really admire.

When the taxpayer is paying city staff's salary to do Ford's mundane personal chores, it kind of is. It may be a small thing, but if he thinks he's too good to do it himself, then he should hire a personal assistant on his own dime for this kind of thing.
