Can anyone reccomend one. I've got two knots in my shoulder, and work pays for it..

Never gone to one before, there's enough valleyers on nsmb I'm sure someone has.

I have gone to http://www.oasisphysio.com/
They're in Walnut Grove in the same complex as the old folks home (near the Keg). Not too bad, I guess. They're a "Canadian Back Institute" company, which some people shy away from. But they fix me up at least once a year due to bike crashes, and/or hockey injuries.

I'm looking at making a change to http://www.langleysportsmed.com/
I'd like to find someone who isn't focussed on treating the whines and cries of fat people with ICBC claims, and one who works with athletes who actually want to get better.

Good luck man.
It's nice when work is paying for therapy, rather than $60/appt coming out of your own pocket. I may need to fall down the stairs whilst holding a box of parts again.

There used to be a lady named Kathleen that was out of the just ladies fitness across from the willowbrook mall. no idea if she is still there or not but she helped me out immensely when i lived down there.

Being an agoraphobic adrenaline junkie would be pretty convenient, because you could get your rush from just going to the store to get some milk instead of having to jump off a mountain or out of an airplane.

they also call me "balloon"

It's a Steve Nash Gym now, and they had no clue when I called what I was talking about.
