Firstly - scrap your bike movie idea, cuz I already has the perfect idea for you.
There's this guy, who is actually a freshly graduated psychologist. The guy gets a cheap apartment in a dingy part of town because he is kinda broke from the whole school thing. Okay, so one day he's out and about doing shit (grocery shopping or w/e) when he's crossing the road and this stray dog starts barking like fuck at him - well he can't believe how mental this dog is going, so he heads over to the dog. As he steps toward the animal - a bus whizzes past him.
OMG - the fucking DOG saved his life!!!So since the dog is clearly homeless, (we're talking benji on crack here), he takes the dog home with him to help him out. However - upon getting the dog in the house - the fucking dog starts talking to him.

Dogs don't talk, so that's right away funny as shit; plus he's a budding psychologist - so this works on anotha level.Things start to get fishy though, because get this: Dogs aren't even allowed to live in thsi building. No pets whatsoever….in fact - the landlord is a total douche.
