Looking forward to hearing what comes of this:

The world of politics has gotten more and more absurd. The middle class is disappearing, bankers keep getting richer.
Big business controls everything, and your average person is nothing more than a debt-slave.
People need to wake the fuck up.

If history is a guide we will need to wait until 99.999% of us are making $5 an hour before we start cutting off heads.

As long as I'm making $5.05, fuck you all, and no, our government needs more austerity measures.

It is easy to dodge our responsibilities, but we cannot dodge the consequences of dodging our responsibilities.

Pooh-rage:

When many people suffer from a delusion, it is called religion.

They better come to Vancouver.

On a pisser note. I heard they were selling tickets for the Hollywood Palladium show to people that couldn't get in to Whisky Go-Gos to see the first show for $20. God I hate/love/go into fits of jealous rage about the LA music scene. If you live there you can see so many awesome shows for so cheap.

Ya, even Toronto and Montreal get twice the shows we do here. I would love to live in LA for the comedy shows.

You'd (probably) hate it for almost everything else though. LA is a shithole pain in the ass unless you're rich as eff.

Yeah I can see that. I also can see how everywhere else gets way better shows. Like Gojira barely sold out venue. That place sucked vogue was way better

I have family in Brentwood so I spend a lot of time there. It's a big city. Vancouver is a hamlet in comparison and saying it's a shithole is like judging Vancouver because of whalley. A lot happens in a day in a city with 20 million people so there is definitely some parts of LA you never go to. You just need to hang out in the right parts. I spend most of the time at the beaches and it's a super cool environment.

(And sadly you need to be way richer to live in Vancouver than LA. Check out real estate prices in Beverly hills. It's mind boggling when you compare it to here. )
