That original video was on the news a few months ago. Those two assholes were selling drugs across from a school. I applaud the cops for restaining themselves as much as they did. Those two guys deserve much worse for getting kids hooked on drugs.

after they cuffed the guy and searched his person, did the cops find a knife or weapon? i didnt see anything come out of his pockets that was dangerous.. there was unproffesionalism on the cops part..

As much as I'd like to see the dealers get a beating, the behaviour of the police officer HAS to be impeccable. They should do their jobs as they have been entrusted to do and let the justice system punish criminals.

I find that so disturbing. Obviously the young man was not much of a threat. Can't believe that cop was trained to use an assault rifle before he was trained to use good judgement. I hope that cop can't sleep at night. They already cuffed the girl, why couldn't they cuff him while he was face down on the ground.

Police officer aquitted because it was deemed a reasonable use of force.

1. He was the primary suspect in a gun murder the day before

2. He was reaching into waistband prior to being shot

3 . The fence he climbed over led to a daycare full of children and he was running towards them

The sgt who shot him was deemed justified.

So eye contact means possible threat, so shoot to kill.?

The only reason he shot him is because he couldn’t get over the fence.

Reaching in his waistband? He was pulling up his fucking pants man.

Suspect running towards a bunch of children so probably a good time to start firing his sidearm.

Sorry Ryan, but I for one expect a lot better judgment from those who serve and protect.
