Here is how to fix this problem.
1. Turn your computer on, the autodialer will try and run. Ctrl-Alt-Delete to shut down the dialog box that is trying to get your location info to dial out.
2. Click on the Start button, then Find.
3. Click on advanced, and search for all the files that have been created since the day you got the problem.
When your comp has finished searching have a look at all the files and try and find the autodialer program, it will end with .exe
When you find it, write down the location of the file, it will probably be in c:/windows or c:/Program Files.
4. Shut your comp down and restart in MD-DOS mode.
5. Go to the directory the file is in and delete it.
You often can't delete these files from windows for two reasons
1. Most auto-dialer programs run automatically as soon as windows is started. They usually run in the background and cannot be shut down with Ctrl-Alt-Delete because they auto dialer program will not appear in the Task Manager dialog box.
2. Because the program is still running, Windows will not allow you to delete it.
This should fix the problem.
We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.
