And so much for people being informed about the vote. Julian West, who withdrew, still got 3667 votes.

Or James William Miller-Cousineau who is out on bail for minor sex related charges got 179 votes.

I had one guy voting at my booth who didn't know if it was a federal or provincial vote. I may disagree with people about politics, but everyone should vote, regardless of their political leanings. We are very lucky in this country to have more than 1 party on the ballot [HTML_REMOVED] not have the threat of gunfire when we're voting.

the greens had (for a bit when i flipped on the news - this may have changed) double the amount of votes that the bloc had but zero seats.
edit* looks like greens had 6, bloc had 10, but still 50 seats to zero and not even double the votes for the bloc

meanwhile, the bloc can give the cons the balance of power for any issue they wish

what a joke. i don't think i'll be voting again while this is the case, so rewoga will have have something to debate until president harper sets a date for his next victory party

LOL.

Didn't you predict doom and gloom the last time Harper won a minority? If it was so bad, how did he win another minority?

But keep throwing out the hyperbole, it's pretty funny to see how close you can get to whining about the election without actually whining.

nope. wrong guy. i was happy when harper won.

i lean quite abit more to the right than it would seem. it is just that neocons have butchered the right wing parties in canada and the states from "small government" to its current form (admittedly not bad at all in canada when compared to the states)
