According to a CBC article the day after this happened (this was already last weekend): a woman was driving it, and according to police, speed was not a factor… I make no judgment or comment, draw whatever conclusions from that that you like… :agree:

Licenses need to be based on horsepower. If you can take a car to 80% of it at top speed on a road course, you get to drive it.
