It's nice to see our legal system work for a change. He's spent the last 30 years rotting in a high security prison and he'll die there. With any luck his dying thoughts will be of utter torment from the horrible things he did.

I don't wish death on anybody, but I sure as hell hope his time on earth has been horrible.

I agree , excePt the system failed the families miserably in this case. Olson should have been allowed a parole hearing at 25 years, been laughed at as a pathetic old powerless man and re- declared a dangerous offender with no more parole chances.

He put the families through hell a few times and loved it.

this space is intentionally blank, other than this note about it being blank.

The only part of this that pisses me off is that he is receiving medical attention. Let the SOB suffer in his cell until his last breath. No painkillers, nothing.

That's the problem with cities, they're refuges for the weak, the fish that didn't evolve.

I don't want to google this - sounds like a thing that NSMB will be better at.

Didn't he fleece a stack of money from the Feds at one point for bogus info?

Agreed. And let's insert wooden stakes full of splinters into all available orifices.

his family ( !? ) got paid 100 k in return for him revealing the places where he buried the kids bodies .

strange , but without the bodies they would have had a tough time getting a conviction .

sadly , his death won't bring much peace to the families of the children he killed .

At least with mandatory minimum sentences this will never happen again.
