I have no doubt the Liberals will sign it so I think you are off on this. When Harper supported it 100% the Liberals hadn't even seen it yet so they were not about to come into this guns a blazing one way or the other. Chrystia Freeland is doing her job and she shouldn't commit to this until the Liberals have had the time to know exactly what the impacts are, but at the end of the day I think there will simply be too much to lose by not being a part of it.
