In other news, all these headshots are getting annoying. Alfie out after an elbow to the head now.

Taking out the best players seems like good strategy these days. Bitz did it too, I know.

After watching the other playoff teams play today (Boston, STL, PHX, Chicago, etc.) it makes the Canucks look like they are skating in sand. I'm hopefull that they will turn it around (somehow) but the fact of the matter is, they have been playing sloppy hockey for 2 months. The offense has dried up, the power play has been nothing short of brutal, and they are playing with zero intensity.

Anyone else remember last years run? They absolutely took it to the other teams early in each series. Where the hell has that been this year? It's like they expect the other teams to just sit back. This is the fucking playoffs! WAKE UP CANUCKS!!!!!

It's going to take nothing short of a miracle to win the next 4 out of 5 from the Kings.

I've been a die hard supporter of this team for 30+ years and I'm getting sick of this shit year after year.

End rant.

My prediction: if the Canucks don't get past the first round, Vigneault will be fired. The team doesn't adjust, which means he's either not coaching or the team's not listening. Rumour is that the latter is the case.

I liked it better being the underdog.

Better showing tonight. Took 12 minutes for LA to get their first shot on goal.
