Correction, Thomas played 6 very good games. The Bruins only scored twice in the 3 games in Vancouver, shutout in 2 of them. Thomas kept the score close. I would say the Canucks are due for some goal production.

I didn't know until just before I posted it myself.
Basically it means the odds makers are picking Van for the win. The -140 means that if you bet $140.00 on the Nucks, you will make $100.00 if they win ($240.00 back). On the other hand the +120 means if you bet $100.00 on Boston and they win, you will make $120.00 ($220.00 back).
It seems to me there could be a less confusing system.
To make a better comparison, 100 bones on Boston to win and you could make 120.00, 100 on Vancouver and you would only make 71.43.
