Offer accepted, New house

Well, seeing as we're on the topic… Wife and I are going back for another look at some homes tomorrow that will suit our needs a bit better. Primarily, it's got a nice 700sq.ft space of finished basement I can get my music studio nicely packed into. Everything else is good - extra bedroom, good light, etc. SO we're stoked.

Homes are exciting. I like the transformation of homes from pre-bought to owned. I always do the 3 Fs to any newly purchased property - fixtures, faucets, flooring - and of course, cool paint, and trimmings. Transform it into something unique and funky.

Cool.

And I don't know who or what majin is, but so it goes. Maybe I'll do some research when sitting on the bog this morning :banana:

What size of lot does the new place have?

We went out and walked around the neighbourhood today. We knew we were close to the lake, but were pleased to learn it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to one of our favourite eating/ drinking establishments.

As I said before, it's a pie lot. About 30 wide at the front, maybe 90 wide in the back and about 130 deep

That's a nice sized lot.
Back yards are where it's at.
