In other news, we finally got an offer of the non-insulting variety on our old place.
Though we did get a surprise as the old hot water tank gave in only 5 days before subjects set to be removed. Just spent 2 1/2 hours crammed under a staircase, sandwiched between 1000 cobwebs and a dank, damp concrete floor forcing the stupid new tank into a space that just barely fit. Actually, we had to remove a few pipes and chunks of wood to get the f**ker into place.
It'll be very nice not to be a 2-house land baron any longer.
