I need an article related to nutrition in genral for an assignment….one pertaining to mountain biking would be great.
Please dont say GOOGLE! as ive searched thier and found basicly nuthing. So if anyone has an article in mind please reply.

There's a bunch of nutrition articles for cyclists here.

The site is nothing fancy but the advice is generally well regarded by roadie types. Nutritional articles in mtb magazines would generally just be a rehash of the wealth of information out there for road cycling.

However, you should be able to find some nutritional articles for mtb racing, if that is what you are looking for.
