Back on the rise ladies and gents
do you guys avg your weights out. i weight my self 3 days in a row twice a day and then avg it out cuz your body can go up and down very quick and you might hit the scale when the body is at its lightest.
maybe its just me.

I think weighing in as soon as you wake up is supposed to be the most accurate and steady. Seems to be for me.
just always weigh yourself after you take a big dump.
I've actually seen a 2 lb difference that way!
February 05 - 246 lbs I actually went to the doctor because I gained 15 lbs in 1 1/2 months. We had an illness in the family and I was super stressed out with no exercise and eating poorly.
I got back on the bike and stopped all junk food, this morning I'm at 231 lbs. which is pretty close to my normal weight. Now I buggered my knee up, I'll have to watch the food intake closer so I don't gain again.
Goal is to get down to 220 lbs. That's pretty light for me, lower than I've been in 10 years.

yup. i was told to weigh myself first thing in the AM.
Being an agoraphobic adrenaline junkie would be pretty convenient, because you could get your rush from just going to the store to get some milk instead of having to jump off a mountain or out of an airplane.

From 200-205 LBS at the start of this.
Now I am hovering around 185-190.
I need to go shopping for clothes, I feel great but nothing fits right anymore. I have lost two whole notches on the belt.

Around 200 for me (too poor to buy a scale right now so i dunno exactly). Hoping for the freshman 300. then i wont have to bike, i can just roll everywhere :)
I started august 3rd weighing in at 156lbs (and im 5'3..ouch!)
now, 6 weeks later(september 20th) i am proudly at 138lbs ! i want to get down to 130 and stay there.
In total ive lost 18lbs, 3.5 inches off my hips, 3.5 inches off my stomach, 2 inches off my upper thys, and 1.3 inches off my upper arms.
:D
I've lost about 6 pounds since I've eating healthier… 6'0, 175lbs. I want to get down to 170, or whenever the rolls are gone. They are fading rapidly though. :)
Note: I'm not ATN fat, just a bit chubby.
