North Shore / Lynne Valley Rentals.

Hey folks,
Feel free to shimmy this post over to the "shore" section if need be. Having said that, this is not so bike related.

The house I'm living in has just been put on the market, dude inherited a north shore house. Not bad! He's selling, I need somewhere to live.

Yes, I have been crushing Craigslist and North Shore News links, and am looking to branch out to see if any NBR Gods know of anything for rent.

My roomate has 2 jobs, and is quiet and kind of boring and nice. He rock climbs here and there in Squamish, and is an Arborist. Pretty chill dude.

I work in the bike industry in N.V. and haven't really been home since March. It's busy at the shop.

Our current budget is around $1300-$1800 for a 2 or 3 bedroom place. We have solid references, and are pretty respecfull quiet humans. Any help is much appreciated.

Basement only, or condo as well?

Considering our budget, and the current rental market in the area, we're likely looking at a shared house situation (basement with windows, or top floor). Having said that, would not be opposed to an apartment/condo if need be. I've just found over my years of being a bike rider that apartments/condos don't always play nice with bikes. But at the end of the day, we just need somewhere to rest our heads, and aren't too picky.
