Reserving the phone just means that I don't have to wake up early and stand in line to get one from the supplies received by Rogers or Apple Store… but it will take another week or two before it is shipped to the right location for me to pick it up.
In my opinion, reserving a phone should mean that out of supplies already to sent to all locations, reservations should be helped first and then walk ins.

I got that same email yesterday, and they also mentioned that they took my $40+tax, which is refundable.
