For what a smartphone is used for, LTE isn't really necessary.

Having said that, LTE is pretty fast. My brother just upgraded to an S3 (Rogers network). Speedtest numbers are 30Mb/sec for download, 20Mb/sec upload.

Very true, but it is nice. My phone seems to average around 48Mbps down and 23Mbps up on Rogers here in Van. Once it spiked up to 69Mbps down :nerd: LOL, used up over 1GB of data one day just doing speed tests in various parts of town.

Rogers gets the nexus 4 in may.. want.. only con I see is that LG hasn't figured out how to properly calibrate their displays like Samsung and apple. is this true?

You can buy it right now and use it on the Rogers network.

Galaxy S4 specs look impressive. Few more days until it's announced.

man 10 years ago I had a shitty Pentium 2 with 166mhz and like 4 gb ram. these new phones are ridiculous. not ram a 4 gig hd.

Running 4.2.2 on my Galaxy S2. Granted it's rooted.

looking at a new phone though and will consider this.
