how busy does it get there on new years day? compared to boxing day? my kids wanna go but i'm wondering if we should drive to baker.

New Years Day + Cypress Mountain
i've been there the last two new years days, its not too bad. if you go bright and early, i remember it being just like any normal day. gets slightly busier during the mid-day, lineups at lift are about 5 minutes maybe, no more than 10 minutes for sure. the drive to baker is definitely worth it though i think, but it'll be like 4 hours round trip…
