Try those guys, I havent dealt with them in a few years but they were good when I did.
I can vouch for BCC too, they were great to deal with.

Looks like there are a few custom spring shops out in Abby that seem to know what is up.
Why slag free swag?
ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

Nice link. I thought those guys were only Toyota 4bys till now.
They were already replaced with the TRD springs when it was nearly new. They are still functional, not sagged, main issue is axle wrap. Would be cool to have a better ride off road.
Get a Toytec lift and have your bank account hate you! New rear leaf springs too!
Custom Suspension out in Abby looks promising. A shop that builds their own packs and have built an Xterra with 2" lift pack before.
I'd likely just buy a ~10 Taco CrewCab if clowns didn't think they're worth 30k still.

I don't want to lift it.
Chuck a set of air bags in there and keep a floor pump in the cab. You can probably get out at around 100-120 bucks.

Also, why are your springs past air bags? My chevy only has air bags in the rear. Seems fine.
Just don't T bag it.
not sure about shipping but standen's in Calgary did an awesome job on my truck.

I had a 1989 Hilux and no one on this side of the world stocked leaf springs. I have a a full set done up custom made. Drop the truck off and they measure and make em. Gave me an extra inch of clearance just by increasing the arc a little bit.
I paid $2000 bucks for front and back leafs about 5 years ago.
I picked up a set of leafs for a buddy a couple weeks back from a spring shop in abby. Cant for the life of me remember what it was called but it was pretty much next door to Life Cycles in the same complex as BD Power. Place seemed legit.

Cracked leaf spring

Good to know. From looking at google maps it looks like it is Carrier Spring which is the place Im getting mine from.
Its a bit of a fuster cluck to get out there and back for a spring job but I have some items to pick up in Sumas and I have a strong feeling that the leaf spring swap will/would be a PITA to do here in my driveway.

it,s a couple hour deal , get new U bolts and mounting bolts as well , my kid just did hos last weekend and it was 5hrs or more , had to cut the old mounting bolts . the shackle bolts where rusted to the bushings , a sawzall helped big time , went thru 6 blades the bolts are like glass .

And that is why I'm getting them to install the new leafs. They'll have all the proper mounting and u bolts on hand and can get under there to saw away at anything seized.

smart man i did my own and then had to help my kid , now he has a lift for the front coming so the whole front end is getting rebuilt , guess who is doing that as well LOL .
i did the front on my taco as well and it was not bad , mine is a plainjane 4cyl so lots of room under the hood , his is a fully loaded deal with ac etc and you can barely see the bolts .

I'll do the UCAs and front coils when I put those in. Likely do the rear shocks as well unless I get them before I bring my truck in
