Performing an action such as going to the forums, or replying to a post, shouldn't open up a new browser tab.

I would loose the top bar on scroll for mobile (logo and hamburger). Have it reappear when you scroll up. This would free up precious screen space, especially in landscape.

We need a "report post" button as well, noticing some spammers have found their way in, see it in the article discussion forum.

We've revamped the JS. Shouldn't be a problem now

admittedly I am not a very tech savvy guy,and this new forum is not very user freindly. in fact it fucking sucks and has ruined NSMB for me. Completely screwed my morning routine, don't understand how to edit my profile or anything. I can't find the words to express my disapointment. I feel like our fun little community has been taken away from me!!!!!! SUCKS.

What are you having trouble with specifically?

To edit your profile click on your username at the top right > Profile > Edit profile.

how bout getting the new posts menu back and toning down all the white for a start.

I know it's petty but how bout getting our rep back or being able to spread some rep.

instead of rep i'd be just as happy to see "likes" or something similar that appears on the post.

or maybe call it street cred,  one point for every like or whatever someone gives you.
