Did you report the agent? It may not result in any sanctions but there's a good chance the listing will get changed to include the right info and potentially save an unsuspecting buyer from a bad experience.
If I remember correctly as it was 6 years ago the listing was "as is" without any reason. Price was reflective of an "as is" & the pix reflected a well abused rental. Agents can be less than scrupulous when the market is down.
