I'm so 100% Canadian.
I think my families go back to at least the early 1900's before you could start tracing from over sea's. ALL the marriages in my family are mixed….I didn't learn ANY particular culture or background stuff particular to previous "nationalities"……I'm just a Canadian mutt:(

We were actually talking in English about how North American's are dying to trace their history and that you all are related to counts in Germany or Clan leaders in Scotland or Ireland, lol, you love your cultures and even if you have none you make it up. Be proud to be Canadian or American.

Grandfather on dad's side was off the boat, 4 generations of my mom's side were Canadian. Jewish, but I don't know where they lived.

Ouch! In my humble opinion, CANADA KICKS ASS. Having lived and worked in the US, I gladly gave up half my pay to move back to Canada.
