Ripping quads, dirt bikes and side by sides up and down the roads. All hours.
Ripping chainsaws at 3-4am, bonfires and music.

wow. my neighbours are bad, but nothing like this! we'll move somewhere else in the Comox Valley. have a great realtor. he knows where all the drug houses are in the whole and the associated crime rates and where to avoid.
it's a major issue and brutal reality anywhere these days. with so many junkies around, so much mental illness and poverty, you have to keep that front of mind when looking at areas to live.
i don't know how you could tolerate that kind of insanity.
The one thing we don’t have is junkies in my area.
Most of the shenanigans is reserved for weekend nights. Greatly reduced this year, either due to Covid or different work schedule.
