I'm trying to find the name of a Canadian band; female lead singer, I've heard them on The Peak 102.7, with an ethereal-shoegaze sound. I tried to Shazam the song when I heard it driving home but no dice. It's not STARS or Metric.

Holy shit, after seeing Old Crow, I was not expecting what was to come in the second video!
The screaming metal reminded me of a band my buddy found on Napster or some such years ago. We downloaded a few tracks for fun, and after listening labeled them as the worst band ever. Here's a sample for your, ummm, listening pleasure….
I like The Black Angels anyone got any sort of similar bands to them. Sorta modern psychedelic jamming
