anybody know what time at night they're closing the road up Seymour these days?

the one by old buck parking lot.

the road that goes up to the top of the mtn, the ski hill.

If you are talking about the first gate past the cemetery? Last i was up there closed by 7pm, but the sign says 6.

nice edit.

lol - i figured that the __road up seymour__ would have been descriptive enough.

but then i thought maybe i should make it super extra specifically 100% without any chance of doubt clear.

ya know, just in case.

Think its 7pm when the ski hill is closed. They let you through to retrieve vehicles though, I've had to do that a couple of times

it's weird, because people are allowed to be in the provincial park overnight, so i don't see why there is no access allowed before 7am.

there's alos no rule against pedaling up before 7am either.

from the bc parks website:

"When are park gates closed?
Gates are closed from 11p.m. to 7a.m. This is also considered “quiet time” in most parks.
Please respect other campers’ right to enjoy a peaceful camping experience."

seeing as there are only campsites on seymour are way off the road, same thign for cypress, they should be making an exception here instead of having a blanket rule for the whole province. there has to be somebody who can be contacted to possibly change this.

you sure? from what i can see it's the parks operator that does it which is not seymour. the parks operator is a contractor hired by bc parks.
