mec samurai pants

anyone have these? do they breathe well?

my buddy has the samurai jacket and it feels rubbery, like it wouldnt breathe

I have the shorts and I love them. They're nice and soft, but still abrasion resistant. As for breathing, they're quite good, although the fully pant might be a bit different.

I think the jacket has some sort of water proofing compound on/in it. I don't think the pants/shorts have this… hope this helps :)

They look pretty good in the link. I got Roach Indy pants for around that price from Simmons in downtown Vancouver. Not sure if they still have them on special.

Roach are pretty tough. I tore a rear pocket but then had it restitiched. Funny because my Roach shorts have lasted 2X as long without any damage.

don't samurais wear skirts?
