someone wanted to know where whiskey creek riding area is.

http://www.dirtbiker.ca/racing/location/whiskey-creek

its a small area that is pretty dense with trails. While its super easy to get caught up doing circles it pretty tough to get lost. I would say the trails are pretty easy for the most part and they are more about flow. 2,3 and 4 gear type of terrain. It's almost like it woods type motocross.

I had the dealer put the light on before the bike was shipped to me, so i'm not familiar with the stock light in person at all :(

But I have read that this is quite the upgrade!

As for the TS kit, i hate to think of the cost and the lack of snow we're gonna have now that I've plunked down the dough :)

Has anyone else gotten the ORV plate? I had time off and was bored so I went and did it. Took about 40min because noone knew how to register it. EXTREMELY disappointed with the size of the thing (same as the new jumbo MC plate), and the wording of "if crossing highway plate must be mounted in the rear of the bike and horizontal". Was hoping i could mount it on the side to the frame. I can only hope a sticker system is in place sooner than later.

yeah bro!!

I was kinda thinking I am going to wire it into the spokes or something. I'm surprised the plate has lived on the back of the 690. There is no way a plate would live on either the trials or the enduro.

Simply far too many crashes.

We were talking to our insurance broker(who rides/races Moto) and she is waiting it out to see if they stick with the plate. I see little to no reason to jump in early. Gonna wait and see how this all plays out.

Think I'm gonna mount mine like this. Not my fault if it gets muddy

If this cash grab isn't enough they will make a killing for ticketing mud covered plates like they do on dual sports (or cars)

so, it's legal to trailer an unlicensed vehicle (say an old car), right?
