shinko makes a 19" trials tire. I can't comment on them, but I heard they are made by yokohama.
I have run both the michelin, and dunlop rear trials tire. I don't think you could go wrong with either one.
New to me KTM.. Its a 2009 SX150, big upgrade from my XR, the suspension feels amazing. Traded my crotch rocket for it, from the original owner who just hasnt had time to ride it, still has the little rubber nips on the tires.
I'm more of a enduro trail rider, so would like as much of a balanced power band, low to high rpms, as possible. I know it'll never get close to the XR for chugging at low rpms, but it already feels it has a decent bottom end compared to my last 2stroke zinger. . How best to accomplish this, jets? sprockets? Both? Any input would be appreciated.Heres the rig:

It will be interesting to see how you dial in the power on that once you have had a bunch of seat time.
I had a hard time adjusting to Daves KDX last weekend but by the end it felt alot better. at least for me it seems I need to spend a bunch of time on a bike until I figure it out.
One thing I did figure out is I need to buy another Moto bike.
Im thinking of trying a rear trials tire and mostly ride vedder. Now i have to decide to tubliss or hd tube. Seems like the michelin is the popular choice on rockymtn atv. Mbr is the final word for me. Sanctuary was awesome. Will ride mcnutt too.

The Pirelli MT43 is another option if you're riding lots of logging roads or DS riding. Trials tread pattern, but slightly harder rubber and much stiffer sidewall. Not a true trials tire, but will last longer than anything out there, and almost as grippy as a true trials tire. I don't see ever using another rear tire for the riding I do. I have one on both my dirt bike and my DS bike.
Key to a trials tire is air pressure. A couple of PSI one way or another can make a HUGE difference.

the bike did great, took me awhile to figure out how to ride it though. didnt need to shift that much on the 300

How was the weather this weekend?
beautiful. nice and cool. no steam from my big green machine, and I figured out one less click on my compression damping makes a big difference in small bump absorbsion.
Anyone use marked gas?
