My sister's in Australia going to school, and her new man is into cricket, so she's interested in The Ashes. It's funny, because I'm pretty sure it was on during Christmas too. How long is it? Do they do that every year?
She mentioned she went to a Twenty20 game yesterday or something, apparently it's a lot shorter.

Each year its played either in australia or england, this year it was here in australia. Its 5 tests, each test can go for 5 days maximum. Yadda yadda yadda.

Good news for the anti hockey crowd. The numbers of people playing hockey have decreased while the numbers playing Cricket have increased. Big now in Toronto but that's due to the various immigrant groups who come from nations that worship it like we do hockey.
