Trudeau cites Leitch, fringe voices when questioned on electoral reform

So now he's blaming people with opposing politics on the LPC abandoning their pledge of electoral reform? WTF.

Amplifying small voices? Um, wouldn't proportional representation give all Canadians, you know, a _proportional _amount of voice to the Government?

All Canadians deserve an equal say in the governance of the country. If I don't agree with someone, that doesn't make them wrong.

Trudeau politics: how does Quebec profit?

Yeah. Like Trump, or O'Leary, or Leitch.

 OK, maybe I need to re-phrase that. Instead of "don't need the money", how about "are not interested in making more money".

The public wants them paid no more than they are, but also want them to be the best and brightest. Ideally, you would get people that do not need the money and already have had a successful career.

So the solution is to hire back public servants who retired early on a full pension, luring them back to work with a hefty a pay raise. Its win-win! The customer is always right.

There is no profit to Quebec, so no need to do it.

But if there were proportional representation, the Bloc would have had a few more seats and the Libs a lot less. Plus the Green Party would have a fair representation as well. I've seen varying graphs and numbers, but this is the gist:

Except that part about Keystone.

It's almost like the two major parties are one.

Maybe if we litter the ammunition we sell to the middle east contains "Free Canadian Citizenship" stickers we're in the clear?
