there are only 2 genres of food that vancouver does a poor job. Mexican and Pizza. You could stumble around blindfolded in Oregon or Cali for 30 minutes and find better and cheaper Mexican food than anything here.

best mex food I ever had was some little shack in Eugene Oregon, mexican food in canada is mediocre.

So, Oregon is the place to be for awesome Mexican??? I am guessing it's not the norm there either, but what do I know. The best I had (outside Mexico) was in SoCal but I can't remember the name.

True..

There is no authentic tasting mexican food here in Vancouver.

There are many good mexican restaurants in WA, near the border.

One I like is El Paso del Norte, in Blaine.
I stop there sometimes when I go to pickup packages. So good.

Las Margs is ok but Topanga is way better and just down the street at macdonald and 4th. Real Cali-mexican. Best choco-cake in the city too.

You can all go to hell. I'll be joining you shortly and I'm bringing beer and cheetos.

there used to be a little mexican place on the way to bellingham i think.

Being an agoraphobic adrenaline junkie would be pretty convenient, because you could get your rush from just going to the store to get some milk instead of having to jump off a mountain or out of an airplane.

Gordos in Aptos. Dos Coyotes in Davis California are the two best.

go discuss your taco bell wannabes somewhere else

make sure you get it with chorizo, they make their own.
