I watch pretty much nothing, but I have watched the Bourne movies with passion and can't wait from Matt to come back to the fold.

Everyone should be as excited as I am.

Have other Ludlum books been made into movies? Wouldn't mind reading some again. I read a bunch over thirty years ago and loved them. The Bourne movies too.

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

My next door neighbour was Jason Bourne. I didnt know his last name so when it came up on the call display I figured it would be best to answer and not let it go to the answering machine.true story.

my fav movie series for sure, but i wonder how much further they can stretch it out. too far and it becomes too "bondish".

ps - haven't read the books.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

A little yes and no on the too bondish part. Bourne plays into the tinfoil crowd for the mk ultra / monarch programs as well as the character being a sort of a polar opposite since bond knows he's bond and (usually) loves being bond. Whereas Bourne had to piece together why he was a super human badass who could kill via reflex.

All I have taken from this is that I get to see Alicia Vikander in another film, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Plus Paul Greengrass is directing as well. I'm stoked.

Yes I am pumped. Matt Damon is Jason Bourne to me so I'm glad they didn't replace him. Jeremey Renner is good, but I don't think he can carry a movie really, and the Bourne story is far more interesting than Cross' IMO.

One punch from the trailer is awesome.

"Bourne to be Alive"

Ouch.

Oh man that punch. Super pumped for this film. As has already been said, Matt Damon is the Bourne series, so I am really stoked he is back!
