Not a Jackass fan so didn't know who he was until I saw the newstories yesterday.

"'Jackass' Star Ryan Dunn Was Drunk When He Died
Police confirm to MTV News that Dunn's blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit in Pennsylvania."

that was kind of my point - if they had no idea whether alcohol was a factor or not, then they should have waited until tests came back rather than stating it wasn't a factor.

I wasn't sure if you were being facetious or not.
I'm with gearwhote though. His history of alcoholism, along with those twitter pics were proof enough that he was over the limit.

glad he's dead, good thing he didn't kill anyone innocent.

ouch, and double ouch.
"Glad he's dead" is one of the bigger douchebag things to say. Granted, the durp is strong around these parts, so I'm not surprised. I guess his passenger wasn't "innocent" in your eyes? Give your head a shake man! You're better than this.

Ryan Dunn was reportedly twice over the legal alcohol limit when he crashed his car.

The Jackass star - who died when his Porsche veered off road, crashed into a tree and burst into flames - had a blood alcohol level of .196, nearly two-and-a-half times the legal limit in Pennsylvania which is set at .08.

Yup that makes him a LOOSER!

His "friend" should have told him, buddy, don't drive you're gonna get yourself killed.
IMO he allowed his friend to potentially kill someone.

perhaps "glad he's dead" is a bit strong, but i'd be just as happy with him losing his license forever.

regardless, he had it coming in other form or shape of some sort.

Someone they don't even know had passed.

I'm glad he died without killing someone innocent (and no, the passenger wasn't innocent). That's almost like being glad he's dead, no?
