haven't listened to him much lately, but ive been a pretty big fan ( even before all the teeny boppers got hold of his tracks) and i was pretty stoked to hear that his new album is coming Feb 08, just a heads up, and hes on a euro tour this summer, hopefully hell be back in Vancouver this summer!

his last album i found was more geared towards a younger audience, not sure if that makes sense, but with his first two albums that i really enjoyed, they went un noticed in the main media stream, whereas right when his thrid one came out ( including said song, banana pancakes) it caught like wildfire. he took a break for a couple years, and now hes back, so i think hes trying a new apparoach, and that song sounds pretty good. IMO.
I think he did the soundtrack for the Curious George movie which is why that album was more of a kids album.

The song sounds great though. I love Jack and have for years. I think u might mean that his latest album sounded a bit more poppy which I deffinatly think some songs were. They were still great though.
