kinda like harper isn't going to re-open the debate, but he's going to let his back benchers do it…..

You are aware that the Wildrose are a party central to Alberta, that have no presence on the national scene, right? Their bankroll comes from the Church of Latter Day Saints - not Harper.

What does Alberta have to do with abortion law in Arizona?

When a woman has to explain herself because she has no children. People see shit like this and scratch their heads:

Their largest private donor, and business donor is the top Mormon in the province. His whole family donates as well… to the tune of almost 3 million bucks.

That was an errant move by a (female) staffer, who was immediately fired. The premier called and apologized personally, and both women agreed to let it die there. What more can you ask for???

Oh sweet Jeebuz. more Mormons in politics. I cringe at the thought on Romney getting in down South.

I don't know many people that are going to vote for the Wildrose. Hopefully they'll end up being a fringe party.

How much more clearly can I put this for you? Those were not the opinions of the PC party. They were the opinions of one staff member who tweeted them late at night. The leader of the PCs took responsibility for her staff members actions, fired her staff member, and apologized privately and publicly for the event. The PCs have legalized gay marriage and made abortion accessible in the province.

I was making two points.

- that woman is incredibly stupid for saying what she said in a public forum like twitter..

- Alberta conservatives are batshit crazy.
