The only thing that pisses me off about my S3 is that now I have to figure out how the hell to get my movies, music and photos onto the damned thing. And DRM never bothered me before I had to figure out a way to strip it off of those movies I legally bought so that I could play them on my S3 instead of my iPhone.

Yup. Same with separate alerts for different contacts via email.

yeah I got a basic case, didnt have any otterboxes, also dont really like how fucking huge they make it. ended up taking my iphone out of the otterbox in the end.
there is something to be aid about iphone durability will see how this stacks up.

Check out the Solo cases. I had one for my Galaxy S, and it was really good. Light, not bulky, slides but has grip, and fits tight.

See, it's just not something I miss. Porn on a 4-6" screen? My eyesight just isn't that good.

The Otter Commuter look pretty good.

This is the company that makes the Solo for the iPhone. They make Samsung covers too.

The iPhone's flash is pretty fast.

My battery life was much worse after upgrading. I then did an OS install with the phone in DFU mode, and then restored settings and synced. Still same battery usage issues. Next I turned off a lot of features, and that seemed to have helped. There are a lot of reports of battery life issues. Maps is getting a lot of heat (I haven't noticed anything "bad", but I've not used it much). Auto brightness doesn't seem to work, or they've changed the way it works.

Currently I'm running some diagnostic software to gather usage battery usage data.

From posts I've read on other forums, various settings changes or even setting up he phone from scratch has resolved the issue.

A Co-worker was having issues with her battery life and wasn't getting the answers she liked from the Apple store so she e-mailed Tim Cook. He called her at the office the other day to cover the issues and gave her the contact for his tech team if she has any other issues. gotta admit that's pretty good customer service.
