anyone else here actually like snow and think the world is a little bit happier when it comes around for a visit?

snow cannot poke you, it can only bite you, we need a new type of facebook for that.

I really like the snow, it's the cold weather that comes with it that I dislike

I like the snow, but my car dislikes it. Apparently it can not go from a stop, stop, turn, or be useful. I'd post in the snow tires thread except I rely on it only snowing 2-4 days a year.
I'd really like some snow for Christmas Day though - that always rocks.

I love the snow, and I love going out in fresh snow with my dog. She is just so happy running around in it that it just makes me happy to watch. I imagine it's similar with little kids, no cares just fun in the snow.

Yah, but haven't you heard that 2C and rain in the lower mainland "feels" colder? You know, because it's all "damp" and stuff?

Yup. Sadly everyone down here is pansies. But at least it really cleaned up the lycra factor on the bike path today. I didn't see a single other biker on my way to or from work.

You have your Dad's pajamas? When I was your age we only wished we had pajamas. We used to walk to work every day in 4 feet of snow, 8 miles, uphill both ways wearing our mom's stripper costume and when we got to work we got a kick in the nuts. And we liked it.
