I want to pay off your mortgage.

All you NSMBers looking for someone else to pay your mortgage, I've come to help!

In the summers, I enjoy taking bundles of money to the end of the pier and throwing them into the ocean, so I figure renting a 1 Bedroom is the closest thing I can get to that in the rainy winter.

I'm looking for a 1 Bedroom place for my fiance and myself. I work at UBC and she's working in Point Grey, so the Point Grey/Kits area is best. We're looking for March 1st.

Cost is a consideration, so we'll look elsewhere too. We're not too picky, but want the normal things people want; sunlight sometimes, no mold, not getting ripped off too much.

Anyone have anything?

I'm enjoying padmapper.com and amsrentsline, but wonder if NSMB holds the golden ticket.

There are something like 22 000 staff at UBC, and I'm one of them. I like the atmosphere and all the different opportunities there are there.

The close proximity of those speedbumps does not seem appropriate for an everyday residential road. make sure you don't live somewhere like that

My OP says I'm enjoying padmapper and amsrentline as sources. Padmapper is a site that amalgamates craigslist ads and plots them on a map, so I have been using CL.

Wasn't faculty and staff housing looking for residents awhile back?
If I recall, there was a big-ass sign on the corner of Agronomy and East Mall.

Could be. My understanding is that those places open up in April, and there isn't a lot of movement at other times. Plus, the price for a 1 bedroom on campus is about 1200, lower than market rate for what you get. But it's still too steep, we're looking for 1000.
