When your cat can get me a beer, I'll concede the point.

when u rate the quality of a pet by that standard, perhaps its time to re-evaluate ur life ???

i love both but am sadly deathly allergic to cats. a dog is in my future, just need to find a slightly bigger place that allows pets.

not cheap, but its THE cat to have and its perfect for people who are allergic to most cats.

thanks, but while they are a beautiful breed, from my google-fu it doesn't seem that they are truly "hypo-allergenic" :( i suffer from an absolutely vicious allergic reaction to cats - to the point where over a short period of time (even just 2 hours) my chest closes and i have extreme difficulty breathing. this is not a light allergic reaction, such as sneezing, runny nose and eyes. i could probably die, and it's not a risk i'm willing to take. it's odd because as a child (6/7 yo) we had a neighbourhood cat as a pet. i have the same reaction to horses.
and yet dogs are just fine. so it must be the cat saliva or dander.
bengals are ridiculously overpriced too! if you really want a cat go hairless but theyre gross

or get a poodle. Like a cat with home permanent.
Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.
poodles may be homo but theyre one of the smarter breeds

Interesting. You wanna go for a quick ride on Academy later today?
Wrong. Always.
I've always been a dog person but as I get older and more insane I have really come to appreciate the personality of cats. I would get one but I don't need another person in the house that hates me.

my flatmate at uni was super allergic to cats, was not a fan of the hairless variety so she got a devon rex, not hairless, hypoallergenic… and super cute!

Devon Rex are very cool cats - and yes - 100% hypoallergenic.

I see what you did there.

Looked into the Bengal cats. There a hybrid, with half being only 4 generations from a wild leopard cat.
Cant justify spending a grand on a cat though.
