Finding a place in a small BC town is one hell of a start. A couple plants is all you would need.

ya that,s the plan as well for us , i get a killer deal as it is from a good friend he rents out a trimmer and collects all the stuff that falls thru the screens , for my needs i would need a couple lbs a year
