6' and 215 sometime last week.

I was 210 and then my SI started bugging me a couple weeks ago after I slipped like a chump on a snowy Ladies Only and fell on my ass. So I laid off the HIIT for a week, eat some fast food instead of chicken and spinach for lunch, go to a big birthday party and bam! fatty.

Check my stuff for sale!

After just completing a body compostion test (DXAscan), I'll reiterate what all of their office posters say…Your weight doesn't matter but your body composition does!

No kiddin'. Skinny-fat isn't something I'd be too proud of.

How much was the DXAscan? And what do you get? A single number? A report on fat distribution?

And your body fat distribution is more important than your body composition. Belly fat above the hips and deep visceral fat (as opposed to superficial sub-cutaneous fat) tend to mean more health problems.

I weight nothing. Its hereditary - my mother is a neutrino.

You must have a really big schlossenhanger.
