What a weird name for a cock. I call mine "The Situation"

And yes, I will have the missus look at it later

ok, lets not let this degenerate.

Question: so you know you height and weight….how do you determine your target weight?

I think that depends on each person. I think some kind of fitness index would be
a better number to strive for. Think about all the illnesses, scams, mental and
social trauma associated with looking at your weight. I know people that are large
but in great shape, they have awesome aerobic fitness, strength and yet they are
considered 20-30lbs over their "ideal". If more people just concentrated on being
fit the other numbers wouldn't matter.

A little from column A..
Cat 2 on the road bike, so not entirely bone

I'm the same height as you, and race cat 3. At the lowest point this year I got to 184lbs and people started asking me if I was okay, apparently I had gone too far into the skinny zone, and family started to worry.

I couldn't imagine what I would look like at 165…. Boy going uphills would be alot more fun, altho sprinting would suck at that point.

there is always the BMI for the hundreds of millions of north amercians who are sedentary and usually overweight but if you look in the "limitations of" section the BMI doesnt work well for atheletes or old people … people who have built OR lost a lot of muscle mass
