anyone really into hot n spicy? you know, culinarily? we've got about 10 different sauces on the go and i love the wide variety and tastes and heat levels. i hate that claim that 'all you can taste is heat' nonsense. even amongst the hottest sauces i've got, they are hugely flavourful and each is unique.
love the various Mexican ones, a couple of intense Thai (Saigon chilli n oil) and assorted others. just got Grace jerk sauce (marinade) and i feel like it was the last frontier as i'd never had real jerk before.
latest love though is this spice of life selections (brand) million ++ sauce. it's main peppers are ghost and trinidad scorpion which are all quite hab like but a bit fruitier. smokin hot and incredible.
