Anyone know where to buy hops rhizomes for planting, particularly in the interior? Checked out leftfield but they're sold out…

It's a bit late in the season now, I planted some Cascade and Centennial a couple of weeks back, and I think that's pushing it a bit.
Keep checking the LHBS and regional hop growers around early spring.

Yeah I'm really hoping to just get some roots established and then try next season for something worth harvesting.

crazy.. looks like you might be able to drink my American Farmhouse "imperial" Saison, at some local haunts in the near future.

I think the last time they had it at, St. Augustine’s, Alibi Room, Biercraft, and Rogue.

super stoked, drinking one now.

Pretty cool Conner - care to post the recipe? I'm curious what makes it "Imperial" - I'm big fan of Saison's and try to mimic the Dupont.

Haven't tried an American Farmhouse brew yet, may try and clone Driftwood's farmhouse ale.

Yeah some of my favourites too. Logsden, Anchorage Love Buzz, Pfriem, are the things I was going for. I entered it in 16c and Abv to style is 5~7 and this was over that. IBU is very low, like 0.5oz of Citra late in 5ga.
