Its an evil beer. So delicious… but venture into pint 5 or 6 and the next day is ruff.

I made a Canadian/Belgian tripel this past weekend. I'm fermenting with Wyeast 3864 and followed a recipe for the Allagash Tripel. It's meant to ferment at the top end of the yeasts temperature range so I've got a heating pad wrapped around the carboy keeping it at 79F. OG was 1.080!

Is that an extract or a all grain (guessing all grain). Love Fat Tug, but haven't moved past extracts yet.

This has probably been answered before but for those that dry-hop in the keg, do you prefer whole leaf or pellets? I also assume you use some sort of bag/strainer to keep the hop bits out of the poppit?
