Hockey Playoffs 2014

The Canucks are out, but surely there must be some (i) fans of other teams or (ii) fans of the sport in general, that are interested in how these playoffs will unfold. Even though there is only one Canadian team, I think this is going to be a good year! Im really curious to see how the Boston-Detroit series pans out - too bad they have to play each other so early on.

Anyone else got the fever?

I wouldn't say "fever", but there is some potential for some great round one action. It is a pretty strong field all around so it should be good.

I would like to see the Avs and Wild series go the distance and represent the old NW.

And I would LOVE to see the Wings take out the Bruins first round but I am not holding my breath for that one.

Also I'd think the rangers will surprise most people.

I think the wings can and will upset the Bruins or at least come close. I think the kings and.ducks will battle out the west and the winner of that will to lose to the east from being so beat up.

No matter which teams are playing i will watch the playoffs. The first round match ups are usually the best!

I would like to see Iginla win his first cup, even though it's with Boston.

Speaking of "AV"s, I'd like to see AV go all the way. I hope Canucks management were paying attention that Dale Weiss was named game's 1st Star in the Habs playoff opener. Not bad for a guy the Canucks sent packing for a 5th-round draft pick.

Habs are red hot. Normally I can't stand them, but since they're the only Canadian team in it…

I've been watching every game.

Hawks are fucking dirty, Bruins too. Seems it wasn't just my Canucks glasses after all

Looks like they're doing all they can to make sure the Habs make it to the final.

Bruins are brutal. Dirty is an understatement. I also can't help but feel like all these teams play so much better than the Canucks.

Ignoring our abysmal showing this year I have an incredible time believing we went the distance with the Bruins.
